Wow, what an amazing six months it has been! Since becoming President & CEO on January 2, 2019, it has been like stepping in as a juggler with 42 balls in the air. What an amazing company with such talented people. Plus, the team has been instrumental in not letting a single ball ever hit the ground.
Already, 2019 has been such a wonderful year. As we continue to strategize and form our next three-year plan, we have been working with great companies, entrepreneurs, and communities. In the past three months, we have experienced the following:
· Our collaborative spirit was awarded with a Cincinnatus Association Government Cooperation Award
· Our lending team was highlighted for its record volume year in 2018 with the Top CDC of the Year award for the Columbus SBA District
· Our comprehensive organization deal-making prowess was rewarded with an Association for Corporate Growth Dealmaker Award
· And our creative energy was celebrated by the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) with a Diamond Award for Creative Partnership in Financing. This award was given for our partnership with the Cincinnati Development Fund and the National Trust for Historic Preservation for The Woodward Theater project in OTR.
Commitment to customers! Collaboration! Creativity! And Results! This is what we have been known for throughout our 36-year history.
