“We were leasing property for our landscape division but our rent continued to increase. In 2010, we decided it was time to invest in a facility that we would own. When we found property that fit our needs, we went to our bank- North Side Bank and Trust and Loan Officer Kevin Blase. Through them, we were introduced to Alloy. At first we were apprehensive because we liked working with our bank and were not excited about involving another entity. Our apprehensions couldn’t have been more wrong. With Alloy involved, financing our new property became much easier. They were able to structure the financing to help us build a strong future for our company.
At our Garden Center, we had been using a 150-year-old house for our office. The building had deteriorated over the years and was hard to maintain. We decided it was time to replace it. We once again were able to team up with Alloy for the financing. We are currently in the process of constructing our new building thanks to Alloy.
Alloy understands the importance of small businesses like ours. They understand how important small businesses are to our community. Because of this, they open doors for small businesses like ours that would otherwise stay locked shut. We appreciate Alloy for helping us build our business for the benefit of our employees and allowing us to continue to serve our community.”
