Alloy Growth Lab is a nonprofit business incubator and economic development program that helps startups and early-stage companies launch, grow and become investment-ready. Based in Greater Cincinnati, the Growth Lab combines flexible office, lab and light manufacturing space with business coaching, mentoring, funding readiness support and connections to the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem. Alloy Growth Lab helps founders become better prepared to pursue funding. Support may include reviewing the business model, financials, pitch materials, growth strategy and investor readiness. Alloy also helps founders understand funding options such as angel investment, venture capital, bank financing and Small Business Innovation Research grants, and connects companies with relevant regional resources when appropriate.
Morning Mentoring is a virtual feedback program presented by Alloy Growth Lab and QCA Ventures. Selected early-stage companies present their business to experienced entrepreneurs, investors and subject-matter experts and receive candid feedback on their strategy, pitch and investor readiness. Companies do not need to be preparing for an immediate investment round to benefit.

The Growth Lab is actually a campus containing 4 acres of land and 2 large multi-purpose buildings. Dedicated Office, Lab, Workshop, High Bay, Light Manufacturing, Warehouse, and CoWorks space is available. Sizes range from 100 to 6,000 square feet.
