The Community Improvement Corporation of Greater Cincinnati (the CIC) is a non-profit corporation organized to facilitate economic and civic development within Hamilton County. The provisions of Chapter 1724 of the Ohio Revised Code govern the CIC and define its authorities. The CIC currently represents Hamilton County, the City of Blue Ash, Anderson Township, the City of Madeira, and Columbia Township.
The Community Improvement Corporation of Greater Cincinnati is available, through agency agreements approved by the appropriate governing body, to serve as the agent of any local jurisdiction in Hamilton County. The CIC is staffed and housed at Alloy’s offices.
