We’re proud to celebrate the incredible professionals who are helping businesses across Ohio access the capital they need to grow through SBA 504 and Ohio Regional 166 loans. As we’ve expanded our regional footprint and refined our internal processes, we’ve also welcomed new talent to an already exceptional team.
Strengthening Leadership and Operations
Under the leadership of Jon Main, the Commercial Capital team has undergone strategic restructuring that positions us for continued success. With an emphasis on cross-functional support and streamlined operations, our lending process has never been more efficient.
Jeff Hasapis, Director of our Eastern Ohio Regional Loan Office, also serves as Senior Credit Officer, providing expert oversight and due diligence for all loan applications across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Growing an Already Exceptional Team
We’ve added several dynamic team members whose expertise complements the experience of our long-standing professionals:
- Kevin Goehring, Sr. Loan Officer, and Deb Parkins, Loan Administration Officer, joined our Columbus Regional Office in 2024 and 2025, respectively, extending our physical presence in Central Ohio. Their addition enables us to better serve local partners and small business clients, while reinforcing our ability to support the entire state.
- Rob Haskins and Amanda Forsee, both with extensive backgrounds in SBA lending and commercial banking, continue to drive strong relationship-building as dedicated Loan Officers.
- Nate Plogmann, Credit Analyst, plays a critical role in enhancing internal efficiencies and supporting the end-to-end loan process.
- Selena Cruces, Senior Lending Specialist & Closing Officer, strengthens our credit and operations function with her deep industry experience and process focus.
And anchoring it all is Darlene Herald, our trusted Loan Servicing Agent, whose experience and care ensure every borrower has a smooth journey from closing to payoff.
