Alloy Development Co. welcomed lending partners, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community stakeholders to its 2026 Annual Celebration. The event recognized the relationships that drive growth and opportunity across Greater Cincinnati.
The Alloy 2026 awards honored eight recipients for their contributions to small business, innovation, investment, entrepreneurship, and community development. Together, the honorees reflect the partnerships that make Alloy’s work possible.
Alloy 2026 Awards: Meet the Recipients
Lending Advocate of the Year: Terry Spears, Community Trust Bank
Terry Spears of Community Trust Bank earned the Lending Advocate of the Year award for his commitment to helping small businesses access capital through Alloy Commercial Capital’s SBA 504 loan program.
Over the last fiscal year, Spears and Community Trust Bank supported two SBA 504 projects. Those projects contributed to more than $6.5 million in gross debentures and more than $18 million in total investment.
David K. Main Business Lending Project of the Year: DelightMore
Alloy honored DelightMore for its growth through the SBA 504 program.
In 2025, Alloy partnered on a project that helped the company purchase and renovate its 28,000-square-foot headquarters in Paddock Hills. The project gives DelightMore long-term stability and room for continued growth.
Bank of the Year: Heritage Bank
Heritage Bank received Bank of the Year for its strong partnership with Alloy Commercial Capital.
During the past fiscal year, Heritage supported four SBA 504 approvals. Together, they represented more than $7.5 million in gross debentures and more than $18.5 million in total investment. The projects also supported job creation and women-owned businesses across the region.
Alloy Growth Lab Client of the Year: Spot Health
Spot Health, led by founder Andrew Jajack, received the Alloy Growth Lab Client of the Year award.
A Growth Lab client since 2022, Spot Health achieved significant operational growth, launched a key product line, and developed strategic industry partnerships. Those efforts are helping the company scale its healthcare innovation globally.
Larry Albice Entrepreneurship Award: Jeremiah Landi
Alloy recognized Jeremiah Landi, founder and CEO of Landi Industries, for both entrepreneurial leadership and his commitment to helping other founders.
Landi leads a product engineering firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, and software development. He also dedicates time to mentoring entrepreneurs, supporting StartupCincy Week, and strengthening the regional startup community.
Ron Schallick Economic Development Award: Fry Fastening Systems
Fry Fastening Systems received the Ron Schallick Economic Development Award for its continued investment in Hamilton County.
The company’s latest Forest Park project expands its existing 50,000-square-foot distribution facility. The project represents $8.2 million in investment and will create or retain 42 jobs.

Todd Portune Innovation Champion Award: Stack Construction
Stack Construction received the Todd Portune Innovation Champion Award for turning innovative ideas into measurable results.
The company demonstrated how creative thinking, strong execution, and forward-looking leadership can create meaningful regional impact.
Dr. Rea Waldon Small Business of the Year Award: Taste of Boujie
Alloy honored Taste of Boujie owner Roxanne Adams for growth, resilience, and innovation.
Adams achieved her strongest sales year to date in 2025. She also used coaching, business planning, and ecosystem partnerships to strengthen the company and expand its impact.
A Year of Growth Across Alloy
The Alloy 2026 awards also provided an opportunity to recognize major milestones from the previous year.
Alloy Commercial Capital recorded a historic FY25. The team approved and funded more than $50 million in SBA 504 loans during the same year for the first time in organizational history.
The Growth Lab connected with 121 startups and delivered more than 3,300 hours of coaching. Clients accessed $14 million in capital and generated $23 million in product sales.
Meanwhile, Alloy’s economic development work supported projects that created or retained 1,307 jobs and generated $208 million in new investment across Hamilton County.
