[Cincinnati, Ohio, October 31, 2023 ] – The Alloy Growth Lab’s Green Room event, a highlight of StartupCincy/ Week, was a resounding success, bringing together brilliant minds in the startup world to discuss innovation, sustainability, and the future of business. The event was filled with energy and excitement as participants shared their groundbreaking ideas. Additional organizations that collaborated in bringing this event together included GreenCharge partners Cintrifuse, University of Cincinnati, Madtree, Green Umbrella, and Flywheel. The legal partner for the Green Room event included Dinsmore & Shohl.
After an evening of intense competition, we are thrilled to announce the winner of the Green Room event: Actionable IOT. The Actionable IOT team is composed of James DeAngelis, Kris Brannock, Ronnie Wegmann, and Chris Brock. Their innovative solution around supply chain efficiencies and their commitment to sustainability earned them the top prize.
The Green Room event featured a total of four exceptional teams, each presenting their green and clean innovations. In addition to Actionable IOT, we want to extend our appreciation to the other participating teams, Event Map Studio (Olivier Fischer), Next Level Innovations (Denny Flueck), and Green Llama (Kay Baker), for their outstanding contributions to the event.
The success of the Green Room event would not have been possible without our esteemed panel of judges, who provided invaluable insights and feedback to the participating startups. What is the Green Room?
Green Room is like a “shark-tank” focused on green and clean innovations. Startups present their ideas and receive instant feedback from mentors, and the mentors have the opportunity to evaluate these groundbreaking concepts. Furthermore, the winner from each session receives a scholarship package valued at up to $5,000, including coaching, advisory services, IP assistance, and more.
