Alloy Development Honored with Cincinnatus Association Government Cooperation Award

The Cincinnatus Association presents this award annually to an individual, unit of government or non-profit organization that has distinguished itself through initiatives that highlight success through collaboration of government entitles in a spirit of regional cooperation. The initiative must demonstrate the value of government collaboration through more effective and efficient delivery of existing services to citizens or that has exceptionally enhanced the quality of life in the Greater Cincinnati community.

We are honored to receive the 2019 Cincinnatus Government Cooperation Award! While we’ve had a consistent long-standing track record of partnering with the City of Cincinnati and others to advance economic development in the region, we have also been the largest SBA 504 lender in Ohio and funded almost half of 504 loans in Kentucky. Additionally, our incubator program closed 2018 at 92+% occupied by more than 70 companies innovating in life and physical sciences, technology, and engineering with more than 170 patents among them. The Economic Development Office launched the Office of Innovation + Creativity to assist local and second stage companies in their growth trajectories, helping them to decide through market research and technical assistance what their next steps should be, adding to both local jobs and the economy.

Our award letter states: “They continue to enhance the quality of life for all citizens in our Greater Cincinnati region in the spirit of Cincinnatus, and reflects the value of effective and efficient public sector partnerships. Congratulations to you and your staff!” Special thanks also goes to Beth Robinson, president of the Uptown Consortium and Board Member, for the nomination. We appreciate the recognition for our work!
