The annual list recognizes the leading B2B companies that have proven track records of supporting entrepreneurs and helping companies grow.
Cincinnati, Ohio, November 5, 2025 – Alloy Development is proud to announce its recognition on the Inc. Power Partner Awards. The prestigious list honors B2B organizations that have proven track records supporting entrepreneurs and helping startups grow.
Companies on the Inc. Power Partner list received top marks from clients for being instrumental in helping leadership navigate the dynamic world of startups. These B2B partners support entrepreneurs across various facets of the business, including hiring, compliance, infrastructure development, cloud migration, fundraising, and more, allowing founders to focus on their core missions.
“The entrepreneurial journey and community are core to Inc.’s mission, and it’s a true honor to celebrate this year’s Inc. Power Partners — the companies dedicated to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs,” says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “Whether they’re coordinating complex marketing campaigns or reliably supporting the day-to-day infrastructure of growing companies, these honorees aren’t simply B2B providers — they are true partners in helping businesses grow and succeed.”
“Alloy Development Co. is honored to be again recognized among the nation’s most trusted growth partners,” said Patrick Longo, president and CEO of Alloy Development Co. “Our work is about more than funding or strategy — it’s about partnership. Whether we’re helping a health tech startup reach a growth exit, transforming a century-old building into a sustainable headquarters, or supporting a legacy brand’s next chapter, we’re building relationships that create lasting economic and social value. This recognition reflects the strength of those partnerships and the communities we serve.”
Client Successes that Define Alloy’s Impact
Sense Neuro Diagnostics developed breakthrough, non-invasive brain injury diagnostics that are transforming emergency medicine. With Alloy’s coaching, strategy guidance, and investor connections, the company scaled from early research to commercialization and achieved a successful growth exit in 2025. Sense Neuro’s journey demonstrates Alloy’s ability to accelerate high-potential startups toward meaningful medical and economic impact.
Pepper Construction partnered with Alloy Development Co. and the Village of Lockland on the Stearns & Foster Redevelopment Project, transforming a long-vacant 1912 building into a net-zero, LEED- and WELL-certified headquarters. The project created new jobs while catalyzing revitalization across a 12-acre industrial site, proving that first-ring suburbs can lead the way in sustainability and adaptive reuse.
DelightMore, LLC, the legacy catering brand formed through the 2023 merger of Funky’s and Vonderhaar’s, deepened its Hamilton County roots through ownership. With Alloy’s support and SBA 504 financing, the company purchased and renovated a 28,000-square-foot headquarters on Tennessee Avenue—a $3.65 million investment that strengthens its financial foundation and anchors its growth in the community. The project reflects DelightMore’s long-term commitment to Hamilton County and the local economy.
