[Sharonville, OH – February 26, 2025] – Alloy Development Co. proudly celebrated its Annual Economic Development Achievement Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions to commercial capital, entrepreneurship, and economic development across the region. The event took place at the Sharonville Convention Center and featured key stakeholders, industry leaders, and honored award recipients who have made a lasting impact in their communities.
The program included remarks from Commission President Driehaus, a State of Alloy address from Pat Longo, and a keynote presentation from Julie Calvert, President & CEO of Visit Cincy.

The event highlighted the record-breaking achievements of Alloy’s Commercial Capital division, which facilitated $51.8 million in SBA 504 approvals in Fiscal Year 2024, a 56% increase from the previous year. Sixty percent of these approvals supported Minority, Women, and Veteran-Owned Businesses, as well as rural development, leading to a total investment exceeding $89 million.
Additionally, Alloy Growth Lab expanded its impact, supporting over 80 startups, providing 3,000+ hours of coaching, and helping clients raise over $21 million in capital, ultimately contributing to the creation of 261 new jobs and retention of 546 positions in Southwest Ohio.
The event underscored Alloy Development Co.’s commitment to economic development, supporting projects that created or retained over 1,656 jobs and generated $153 million in investment across the region.
