We have compiled a list of resources to help you keep up to date on COVID-19 resources. These links should provide you with date information as things are changing rapidly.
At this time, Ohio and Kentucky are not listed on the SBA Disaster site, however when that gets updated, please follow the link below to apply. The State of Ohio is in the process of applying the Economic Injury Disaster Loan package. It is expected that the SBA will need to review and this could take 72 hours. It is expected that information regarding loan availability will come online towards the end of this week.
It is important to understand that these will be loans, requiring repayment. Loan rates are expected to be low and may have extended terms to aid cash flow.
As we get additional information we will make it available here and through our email distribution.
We are here to help! Please contact us with any questions regarding your real estate financing or other business issues. We are working closely with the SBA, our banking partners, and other governmental assistance providers as we monitor this COVID-19 situation.
