Alloy Business Center Hosts UC Law Entrepreneurship Clinic

For the fourth year running, our startup incubator program is proud to host UC law students from the University of Cincinnati College of Law Entrepreneurship for a Community Development Clinic (ECDC) that will benefit both the four attending law students as well as eleven of HCDC’s entrepreneur clients who applied for legal assistance through the clinic.

The UC interns will help our clients navigate entrepreneurial law with items such as: legal research and drafting legal documents like operating agreements, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property assignments, and employment agreements. The interns will also meet with and counsel their clients on legal matters under the supervision of licensed attorneys. The clinic is being supervised by licensed Ohio attorney, Thomas Cuni.
