Our small office and lab space ranges from 100-500 square feet and is perfect for startups with up to 4 employees.

We also offer large office, lab, and multi-use space for our internal startups that are scaling or larger entrepreneurs needing a large space. We have accommodated clients needing upwards of 6,000 square feet.

Our CoWorks Space offers aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures the opportunity to have shared space in one of the Midwest’s premier business incubation programs – the Alloy Growth Lab. This program is ideal for startups and entrepreneurs who are looking to start their innovative business, or are working on a business plan in anticipation of starting a business. This is also ideal for those who need a physical space to work on their business related project or who aren’t ready to rent an office but needs a dedicated space outside of their home or a coffee shop.
